Spirit Communication part 2

Prerequisites: you must complete “Mindfulness” and “Spirit Communication part 1” to participate in this class.

Let’s dive a little deeper into the process of opening ourselves up to Spirit.  We will provide some structure to our process.  

Format for our group:

• sit in a circle

• introduce yourself

• introduce your guide(s), source of message.

• keep it flowing. Ask questions mentally. Keep talking.

• Speak clearly; confidently

• Deliver positively framed and concise messages.

• Do not apologize. Just give the message.

• Closing – “Thank you for allowing me to stand between the two worlds.”

We will discuss the role of the body and the senses in this process. That is, how to stay engaged yet objective.
