This is the first class in a series presented by Academy of Light intended to prepare individuals for Spirit Communication.
**Mindfulness is a prerequisite for other classes.**
Mindful means using the whole Mind. When you engage the world with your entire mind instead of fleeting thoughts, it is a much easier place to navigate. Be ready to receive valuable information that can change your life. This class will be IN PERSON AND ON FB MESSENGER ROOM. You do not need a FB account to use messenger.
These classes are modular. That is, you can elect to take whichever ones interest you. However, some are prerequisites to advance to the next level of classes or to pursue being a message-bearer, church leader, or minister at COLISC.
