No board meeting due to time constraints and (un)expected guests after service.

Due to Thrivent Financial and the discussion inspired by Bill’s article, the Board Meeting ran concurrently with the Business Meeting.  Therefore, there wasn’t a separate meeting.

Opened 7:19 PM   William thinking about website stuff.   Given position email addresses for COLISC.  Recommended adding more for other church positions.  William will forward DC info.   Contract

Opened 8:17 PM Discussed lease for building.  DC made a recommendation to negotiate for more space.     Wiliam discussed the possibility of talking to John about COLISC investing money

Note:  There was no March board meeting because there was not a quorum. Jae brought up the following:  because we are losing money, she recommends dropping the amounts of money

7:04 PM – Call to Order Motion 1: Katie’s sudden departure, therefore leaving the Events Coordinator  spot open. Resolution: Heather Key volunteered to be the new Events Coordinator. Motion 2:

Meeting started at 8 PM. We still haven’t started recording services again, and technology has improved such that we can get better quality on our phones than our old camera

Using Facebook Live:  the camera would need to be manned and we’d need a wireless mike.  Focus would be on the inspirational talk and messages.  DC will familiarize herself with
